The Visa Approval
April 2009
I must tell you direct. My visa was approved three weeks after I did my application! It was delivered right infront of my doorsteps. I opened the envelop and read the letter from the German embassy that my visa was granted!
After few days, as per instruction of the Visa Section of the German Embassy, I need to inform them the details of my travel and hand them my passport, where they will put the sticker of my visa. It was sent to me in few days and I have to go back to the Commission on Foreign Overseas Manila to show them my passport with visa, Guidance and Counseling Certificate of Attendance, and payment to secure my CFO Emigrant Sticker (where they placed on my passport) and the Guidance and Counseling Certificate (where they stapled on my passport).
As I have mentioned earlier, I applied for a family reunion visa with my son. My son's visa was also approved. Thank God.
After exhausting paper works and travels, we are now ready to travel to Germany and join my husband for a new life as family.
